My work is based on the Hakomi Method and solution-oriented coaching techniques: My experience as a coach is that clients benefit when they go beyond merely focussing on goals in a "better tomorrow" - but also allow to touch and reflect their inner values and beliefs. My experience as a counselor is that clients benefit from concrete support to integrate their insights in their real life. About me:

Working as a coach, consultant and counselor helps me to combine different perspectives in my work. After an academic training in theoretical physics I increasingly focused on supporting individuals and groups living fuller, self-determined lives. The focus of my work is to empower for clarity of action, the ability to manage and resolve conflict constructively - and to increase our understanding of the values and motives that guide us.

I grew up in Germany. New York and Berlin have become the center of my work and life in 2005.

I work in private practice and as a consultant and coach for Fortune 500 companies.

I offer telephone coaching to support your private and professional goals on an ongoing basis.

Currently, I do not offer continuing Hakomi work in Berlin. You can schedule focussed sessions with me. There, we will work on one specific goal during one to three sessions.
